These terms describe purchases from the Int-Rock online store.

1. Store operator and contact

Int-Rock is the store brand operated by 深圳市磐智科技有限公司, a company registered in China. Registered address: Room 243D, 2/F, Building 523, Bagualing Industrial Zone, Bagua 3rd Road, Hualin Community, Yuanling Subdistrict, Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Chinese registered address: 深圳市福田区园岭街道华林社区八卦三路八卦岭工业区523栋2层243D.

2. Products and compatibility

Int-Rock sells third-party game controllers and gaming accessories. Product brands and models are identified on each listing. Int-Rock is the seller; a store-branded website does not mean that Int-Rock manufactures every item.

Check your device, connection mode, selected colour, package contents and listed compatibility before ordering. Console, controller, charging dock or other equipment shown for illustration is included only where the selected listing expressly says so. 3. Prices, payment and order information

Retail prices are shown with their transaction currency. Review the selected products, quantity, delivery address, shipping charges and order total at checkout before paying. Payment methods available for an order are displayed at checkout. Keep your order confirmation for reference.

Provide accurate contact and delivery information. To correct an address or request a cancellation, email us with your order number as soon as possible. We will check dispatch status and confirm the available options. Your applicable statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.

4. Dispatch and delivery

Orders are handed over to the international courier within 2 days after payment. This dispatch period is separate from international transit time. Delivery time varies by destination and shipping service. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

5. Import duties and customs clearance

Shipping charges shown at checkout include import taxes and customs-handling charges collected from us by our shipping partner for the selected route, where applicable. This does not guarantee that every destination charge is prepaid. Any additional duties, taxes or customs-clearance charges that have not already been prepaid are payable by the recipient, as required by the local customs authority or carrier.

If you receive a request for an additional import payment, contact sales@int-rock.com with your order number and the payment notice so we can help check what has already been prepaid. Payment methods and deadlines are provided by the local customs authority or carrier.

6. Returns, refunds and product issues

Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day voluntary return window, return shipping costs and how to request a return. Read that policy before purchasing. Contact us for return instructions before sending a parcel.

If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, send your order number and a description of the problem; relevant photos or video can help us assess it. We will review the issue and agree an appropriate remedy. These terms do not limit mandatory rights or remedies under applicable consumer law.

7. Samples and wholesale orders

Sample and small-batch orders are welcome. Customization is not available for samples or small-batch orders. Retail checkout prices are not a wholesale quotation. Model availability, quantities, business pricing and delivery terms are confirmed in the individual quotation or sales agreement.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. You can also view Your Privacy Choices. Do not send passwords or payment-card details through our contact forms.

9. Use of this website

Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or submit fraudulent orders. Product names and third-party trademarks identify the relevant goods or compatibility; they do not imply an affiliation with the console platform owner.

10. Consumer rights and applicable terms

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any applicable mandatory consumer protection takes precedence over conflicting wording in these terms.
