We ship game controllers and gaming accessories from China. Available delivery options depend on the destination, product, parcel weight and carrier acceptance. Enter your delivery address at checkout to view the available shipping option and charge.
Dispatch
Orders are handed over to the international carrier within 2 days after payment. This processing period is separate from the transit estimates below.

These reference ranges are based on the 4PX routes used for our shipments: S5135 to the United States and OH to Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. They are transit estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and exclude the processing period above. Customs clearance, public holidays, remote addresses and carrier disruption may extend delivery time. Contact us before ordering if you need an estimate for a particular address or deadline.
Shipping charges and availability
Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Current online shipping options cover eligible addresses in the United States, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. If no rate appears, contact us for assistance before ordering. Other destinations, wholesale orders, heavy parcels or mixed-product orders may require a separate quotation.
United States service is for eligible contiguous-state addresses. PO boxes, military addresses and other carrier-restricted locations are not supported by our current US route. Remote locations and products containing batteries are subject to carrier acceptance.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are usually available around the day after handover to the international carrier. We will provide the tracking number and tracking link when available. Carrier and tracking details vary by shipment; please use the details provided for your order. Tracking events may take additional time to appear after the number is issued.
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance
Shipping charges shown at checkout include import taxes and customs-handling charges collected from us by our shipping partner for the selected route, where applicable. This does not guarantee that every destination charge is prepaid. Any additional duties, taxes or customs-clearance charges that have not already been prepaid are payable by the recipient, as required by the local customs authority or carrier.
If you receive a request for an additional import payment, contact sales@int-rock.com with your order number and the payment notice so we can help check what has already been prepaid. Payment methods and deadlines are provided by the local customs authority or carrier.
Delivery details and parcel issues
Check your delivery details before paying. To request an address correction, or report a delayed, missing or damaged parcel, email sales@int-rock.com with your order number. We will check the shipment status and help investigate with the carrier. Address changes depend on dispatch status.
