Refund policy

This policy applies to consumer purchases from the Int-Rock online store. Wholesale orders follow the terms agreed in the quotation or sales contract, subject to applicable law.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Email sales@int-rock.com with your order number, product model and reason for return. For a change-of-mind return, keep the product in its original condition with all included accessories and packaging where available. These conditions do not limit your rights for faulty or incorrect goods or any applicable statutory right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. If an item is defective or we sent the wrong item, Int-Rock covers return shipping; contact us so we can arrange the return.

Contact us for return instructions before sending a parcel. For international returns, follow the carrier's declaration requirements and keep your proof of postage and tracking details.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or video can help us identify the problem. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are not limited by the 30-day voluntary return period.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting a returned item and let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. Any refund, including the treatment of original delivery charges, will comply with applicable consumer law. This policy does not extend any statutory refund deadline.

Cancellations

To request cancellation, email us with your order number as soon as possible. We will check the order's dispatch status and confirm the next steps. If the order has already shipped, return instructions may apply. Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the consumer laws applicable to your purchase. Where mandatory local law provides greater protection, that law applies.
